Reviews for Tour Master Cruiser III Tool Bag - --/Black Good Brand, matched my saddlebags. Not water proof however comes with a rain cover. Mounted throughout the windshield proper the place the bar mounts are. Not lockable but excellent dimension for gloves, telephone, keys and so forth.
Tip: Can get dusty after some time however you can hose down and can seem new again.
